AustCham Shanghai invites Construction and Property Working Group members to a meeting with Steven Lee, Director of Cundall Engineering Design Consulting, and Frederick Wong, Associate of Arup Building Physics. At the event, Steven and Frederick will cover:

Guest Speakers:

Steven Lee, Director of Cundall Engineering Design Consulting (Shanghai) Co Ltd.

Steven set up and established Cundall’s business in China and is the company Director/General Manager of Cundall Engineering design Consulting (Shanghai) Co Ltd. Steven has over 24 years of experience and proven track record in the building engineering consulting business spanning across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the South-East Asia region.

With a hands-on approach, Steven has led multi-disciplinary design teams in planning, design, management and administration of building projects in a variety of sectors.

Steven’s field of expertise is building mechanical & electrical engineering and is equally keen in ecologically sustainable design (ESD). Steven is a LEED AP and believes in a holistic design approach including sustainability.

Frederick Wong, Associate of Arup Building Physics

Frederick Wong is an Associate specializing in building sustainability studies and building environmental design. Currently, he is leading the Arup Building Physics team in Beijing and Shanghai, and is involved in projects in various cities in China. His experience includes leading design teams in sustainable building and building innovation design projects.

He has specialist skills in applying computational methods for different categories of studies and project designs. He has also involved in various special green and environmental control system designs for different construction projects.
