Seminar on COLD CHAIN Management by Carrefour and Greenhalg Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd

Cooling and freezing are natural processes for food preservation. As all of us know this gives the best results in keeping the food as tasty as possible. However, to ensure this the food must be continually cooled or frozen; this is the essential element of the cold chain. Part of this is food storage and food processing, and this happens in cold rooms.

Cold chain is a word you may hear quite often, but how much do you know about it? How does the cold chain affect your daily life? How can we make good use of it? If you are willing to know all the answers above, we kindly invite you to attend this seminar.

With expertise in this field, Greenhalgh Refrigeration Equipment general manager, Gerhard Hubert, and Carrefour Food Safety & Quality Manager, Frank Feng, will shed some light on the topic by introducing their comprehensive technology and food safety management respectively to fulfill the requirements for food preservation.
