Understanding PRC labour law at the SME Roundtable

The intricacies of labour law in China can be bewildering for SMEs. With complex laws and frequent regulatory updates, it can be difficult to keep abreast of requirements. Recent changes affecting business include an increase in the minimum wage as well as further clarification on penalties for not signing labour contracts.

The AustCham Shanghai SME Committee is hosting its next roundtable discussion session on Wednesday 21 April focusing on labour law. Don’t miss out on your chance to join the discussion and have your questions answered by resident Expert Tony Tang, LLB &MPA and Chairman of Shanghai Jia Jing.
