China SME Fair (CISMEF)

Australia will be the co-host country for the 2010 China International SME Fair (CISMEF), the largest event of its kind in China. The 2009 fair attracted 3,935 exhibitors and 254,600 visitors from China and overseas, with sales totaling A$20.6 billion.

The fair will be held from 15-18 September, 2010, in Guangzhou. Austrade will lead Team Australia to organise the Australian Pavilion at the Guangzhou Exhibition Centre at Pazhou to cover 10,000sqm. CISMEF is being supported by the China, Guangdong and Guangzhou governments.

The Pavilion will feature eight major industry sectors: food and beverage, wine, financial & business services, corporate training & education, creative industries, clean technology and green building, sports and leisure, and consumer goods.

This is a great platform for Australian SME’s to promote their products and services.
