REACH研讨会 REACH Regulation

2010年6月29日 下午2点 至530

Tuesday June 29th, from 14:00 to 17:30

Although European chemicals regulation, Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, REACH, has entered into force since 1 June 2007, many non-EU industries are only just beginning to appreciate its impact on global trade businesses and their supply chains. You may be wondering: “What are the REACH requirements?”, “How does it affect my products?”, “I don’t understand why my customer is asking me about REACH compliance so how can I answer their questions?”, “What do I need to do now?”. A thorough understanding of the REACH regulation and its requirements is the first step to any company’s REACH compliance strategy. This seminar aims to provide its audience with a solid foundation in understanding the scope of REACH: Registration, Restriction, Obligations related to Substances of Very High Concern – Communication along the supply chain, Notification and Authorization. By clearly explaining the regulation’s various phases of implementation, their requirements and deadlines, and the responsibilities non-EU, industries can prepare themselves and to continue enjoying their business in the EU markets. Examples will be given throughout the presentation to demonstrate and highlight the key responsibilities relevant to non-EU industries.
