Indian Restaurant – Spice Circle

Shekou’s new Indian restaurant “Spice Circle” is a culinary journey to the best of India’s regional cuisines, presented in a refreshingly modern style. The low-lighted rooms are comfortable, modern, and chic, and the staff couldn’t be nicer.
Owner Vivek Joshi belongs to the beautiful hills of Nainital. With a Hotel management degree He has varied work experience in India, Shanghai, and Bahrain. Head Chef Pushpendra Singh (from Jodhpur, Rajasthan) is a master of his craft, from his spectacular breads to the groundbreaking main courses like – kebabs and Biryani. Food is aromatic and different spicy chutneys always come as accompaniments. A few to mention are tamarind with caramelized onion, green mint, and mango puree. At the same time, traditional dishes like Chicken makkhanwaala (butter chicken) and Rogan josh (stewed lamb) are handled with an expert touch. Our team’s favorite was Prawn curry.
The classy curry house at Luohu has long been a favorite among the business community, and the new branch in Shekou has great ambience. In all they are a team of seven Indian Chefs & fourteen Chinese staff and Vivek.
The lunch buffet gives you the most value for your money. They offer bookings for parties and large groups at good rates. They do home delivery within Shekou.
Based on a rating of 1-5, We would give it a 4.
