New AustCham Shanghai Board Members and Life Members Honoured

New AustCham Shanghai Board Members and Life Members HonouredAustCham Shanghai thanks all members who attended the Annual General Meeting yesterday. We are proud to welcome newly elected Board Directors, Darren Lewis and Andrew Whitford. Congratulations to re-elected Board members, Peter Arkell, Colette Chester and Tim Lyons. AustCham Shanghai would like to sincerely thank all nominees that stood for election. Without your support the Chamber would not be the dynamic, fresh and interesting organisation that it is. The new Chair and Vice-Chair of AustCham Shanghai will be elected at the upcoming monthly Board of Directors meeting on Thursday 8th of July.

At the AGM the Chamber also recognised and honoured three AustCham Shanghai Life Members; Marc Gauci, Founding Chair, Ken Rippin, Founding member and Board Director and Kate Dunmore McLean OAM, Founding member, former Chair and Honorary Advisor, who have contributed an extraordinary amount to the development of the Chamber. Each of these people in their own way, have dedicated themselves to the growth of AustCham Shanghai and to the well-being and good standing of the Australia-China business community in China. They all played a pioneering role in professional and long-term initiatives in China.
