University of Sydney China Studies Centre

University of Sydney China Studies CentreThe University of Sydney recently launched an exciting new initiative: The China Studies Centre (CSC). The centre will provide an internationally credible voice of expertise, commentary and discussion to strengthen understanding of China in its complexity and across all disciplines, with a focus on practical partnerships of mutual benefit to Australia and China.

This unique approach to cross-disciplinary partnership will be complementary to and quite distinct from other ‘China centres’ that focus on analysis of China from a predominantly international relations perspective. CSC outreach will include traditional and online media and programs in schools, local government, businesses and communities in Australia and China.

The centre will work with leaders, experts, governments and business, as well as students, alumni and local organisations across Australia and China.
