SME Roundtable: Cross-cultural CommunicationThe AustCham Shanghai Small Business Committee invites all SME members to a Round table discussion.

The July round table topic is Cross-cultural communication – effective communication with staff and customers. Jason Adamson, Australian Language and Cultural Communication Specialist with Micorsoft will join the discussion and share his experiences and insights.

This will be the first SME event at the new AustCham Shanghai offices and the first of a series of free SME events offered to AustCham Shanghai members.

This SME round table is part of a monthly round table event focused on sharing experiences and creating a support network for small business in Shanghai. The event will be run under Chatham House rules to facilitate the free flow of ideas and discussions and provide a sounding board for new ideas.

Walk In Policy: Please note that if you show up on the day of the event without a booking you will be charged a 50RMB “walk in” fee if spaces are still available. Cancellation Policy: Please note you must cancel your reservation in writing 24 hours in advance. AustCham will pass on any costs incurred for no shows to the persons concerned.
