Electrical Testing -75% passed
Physical Inspection – 68% accepted

Be on the lookout for the following high risk devices:
Fairchile FDMS86101, 100% failure – high on-state drain-source resistance, Rds (on)
Sipex SP7651ER-L-TR, 77% failure -wildly fluctuating functional output voltage.
ON Semiconductor MC34064D-005G, 6% failure- output state was still high when the input was below 4.5V and the output state changed to low when the input was above 4.7V.
Altera EPM7128SQC160-10N, 20% failure – cannot access JTAG ID Code.
Atmel AT91SAM7S256-AU, 5% failure – blank-check, program and verify error.
NEC UPD70325L-10, 39% failure- open pins and bad protection diodes (overvoltage damage from previous use and handling).
Vishay Si3865BDV-T1-E3, 6% failure – high on-state drain-source resistance, Rds (on).
