Below is the schedule of events for the Asian Gaelic games in September (24th to 26th)

For the Sunday night, its fancy dress so start working on your costume…..

1.      Schedule of Events
1.1        Thursday 23rd September
1.1.1       The Ireland Trophy, horse racing, Happy Valley

12.30pm – 6pm
The Ireland TrophyHK GAA have teamed up with the St Patricks Society of Hong Kong and arranged a private box (200 seats) in the members stand in the Happy Valley horse racing course.Dress Code – SmartTickets are limited – please book in advance. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis
Happy Valley Racecourse
HKD 650 per person This includes an open buffet menu, open full bar (wine, beers, spirits, soft drinks) from 12.30 pm to 5pm

1.2        Friday 24th September
1.2.1       Asia-Pacific Ireland Business Forum
Time Friday September 24th – 9am to 5pm

1.2.3       AGG Opening Ceremony

Friday September 24th – 7pm to 11pm
Events Opening Ceremony of 2010 AGG – The official opening of the games and welcoming party – Followed by a live DJ – Entry by invitation only (for players and traveling guests)

1.3        Saturday 25th September
1.3.1       Let the Games begin!!!!

Sunday September 26th – 8pm to 11.30pm in Hong Kong Football Club, and afterwards in various nearby bars
Closing PartyThe closing party will be held in the Hong Kong Football Club, where a buffet dinner and drinks will be provided. - The line-up for the evening includes:All-Stars Awards, Hall of Fame & Club of the YearClosing speechesLive Band and dancingThe party is themed “When I grow up I want to be a …..”, so get your costumes ready!
Hong Kong Football Club, Happy Valley, moving to nearby bars afterwards
HKD 300 per attendee which covers food, 2 hours of free beer and soft drinks and entertainment. Discounted prices for drinks available thereafter.
