A quick over view of how wine is made is as follows:

Step 1: Pick the Grapes

Step 2: Crush the grapes

Step 3: Release the juice

Step 4: Add yeast to the must

Step 5: Fermentation

Quick facts: Wine is fermented grape juice. 1.5kg of healthy grapes will generally (but not always) produce 1L. of wine.
