In this session Yi Yi and David will cover:
1. General compliance:
(a) regulatory compliance requirements for a foreign invested company in its business operation, including approvals, licenses and permits it needs to obtain and maintain for operation
(b) compliance with the requirements in employment, environment, competition, anti-monopoly etc
2. Corporate governance
(a) authorities, rights, duties, and liabilities of the directors, supervisors and general managers of foreign invested companies in China
(b) functions of legal representative, legal effects of company seal/financial chop, contract shop and senior management’s signature
(c) control of the internal management in a foreign invested company in China, including the AOA and company policies, etc.
