Two Asian countries to send more athletes to the Universiade Games

Universiade Deputy Director Ke Gangming went to Singapore and Malaysia, both countries already expressed their intent to send more athletes to the 2011 Universiade Games.

During the briefing the officials discussed preparations for game schedules, project settings, venues, logistical support and information support.

Representatives from the Singapore Universities showed great interest and honor in the Universiade games and they thought highly of the games in terms of venue construction and competition settings.

While in Malaysia some issues were brought up such as competition schedule, project settings and catering services.

Nevertheless, they are still committed in sending as many athletes as possible.
