This is the forth edition of my Wine 101 education pages. please enjoy and I hope you can give me some feedback over the next few weeks or so. (Info collect from sources including wikipedia)

Components of Wine (Average):

Flavor Compounds (0.1%)

Color & Tannins (in red wines) (0.3%)

Acids (1%)

Sugar (0.1% dry - 8% sweet)

Alcohol (10% table wines, 20% fortified wines)

Water (80%-90%)
