Consumer right stations to help resolve bank disputes Consumer right watchdogs set up service stations in banks to assist in resolving disputes between the banks and their costumers. The administration will forward complaints of bank clients to the work stations, which press the banks to deal with the complaints.

The city have seen a big increase in complaints in banking services in recent years, last year the administration received complaints related to credit cards, ATMs and mobile banking services. These 17 service stations is the ideal way for consumers and banks to fix problems directly, thus saving time and reducing costs.

The following banks will have stations set up in their offices, China Merchants Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Shenzhen Ping An Bank, China Construction Bank, and China CITIC Bank.

  2. China Merchants Bank is the best bank in China by far, use them and you wont have any problems.
