Younger people starting to buy houses
A survey polled from 2,900 residents in july and August, showed that the average age of people buying their first apartments was 34, much younger than people living in developed countries. Figures showed that people aged 33 bought homes under 90 sqm, people 34 years old bought 90 to 140 sqm, lastly people aged 37 above bought homes 140 sqm which was considered luxury apartments.
Survey showed that people living in develop countries bought their first homes between the ages 37 to 42. Rising property prices was the reason these young people decided to purchase their first home. The earlier you buy a home the cheaper the price will be.
Another reason was in Chinese traditions to buy a home when you get married, and many young people are supported by their parents financially, that is why most of them can afford to buy homes at such an early age.
