This month, Kakadu celebrates one of the founding fathers of modern Australian cuisine…Italy!
Kakadu’s Head Chef Richard, returns to his grass roots and presents a special selection of Italian inspired Australian dishes. Try the Emu Lasagna, Crumbled Crocodile Stuffed Olives, Mud Crab & Smoked Kumara Gnocchi, Tasmanian Scallop & Broad Bean Lemon Myrtle Risotto, Italian style steaks, Lamington Tiramisu and more. Available from October 15 to November 30.
