Mamma Mia! Kakadu goes Italian!

This month, Kakadu celebrates one of the founding fathers of modern Australian cuisine…Italy!

Kakadu’s Head Chef Richard, returns to his grass roots and presents a special selection of Italian inspired Australian dishes. Try the Emu Lasagna, Crumbled Crocodile Stuffed Olives, Mud Crab & Smoked  Kumara Gnocchi, Tasmanian Scallop & Broad Bean Lemon Myrtle Risotto, Italian style steaks, Lamington Tiramisu and more. Available from October 15 to November 30.

Continuing the Italian spirit, Kakadu will be holding a series of wine events this month showcasing Australia’s ability to make world class Italian and Mediterranean wine varietals. If you’ve never tried an Aussie Sangiovese, Moscato or Pinot Grigio, head on over to Kakadu… Presto!
