AustCham SME Roundtable: How to Make the Most of InternshipsThe AustCham Shanghai Small and Medium Enterprise Committee invites all SME members to a roundtable discussion on Oct. 29, 2010, Friday, 8:00 a.m. at the AustCham Shanghai Office.

The October roundtable topic is How To Make The Most of Internships. Paul Peronnin from Internship Network Asia will be the resident expert. He will share his tips and tricks on how interns can add value to your business rather than cost valuable time and resources. Also learn how to find the right intern for your business in terms of expertise,interest, skill-set, and character.

About the Speaker

Paul Peronnin is the Executive Partner of Internship Network Asia. He first came to Shanghai on an exchange program studying Business and Mandarin. Ever since, he has enjoyed introducing Shanghai to newcomers and conveying his love of this fascinating city. With a background in Art Fairs in both Paris and Shanghai, Consulting and Hedge Funds, Paul brings his hands on expertise to Internship Network Asia. He graduated from ESCP Europe with a major in Entrepreneurship. He has also won first prize at the Ernst & Young Business Plan Competition.

This SME round table is part of a monthly roundtable event focused on sharing experiences and creating a support network for small business in Shanghai. The event will be run under Chatham House rules to facilitate the free flow of ideas and discussions and provide a sounding board for new ideas.

Walk In Policy: Please note that if you show up on the day of the event without a booking you will be charged a 50RMB “walk in” fee if spaces are still available. Cancellation Policy: Please note you must cancel your reservation in writing 24 hours in advance. AustCham will pass on any costs incurred for no shows to the persons concerned.
