SACS Event: A Dance with Brush and Ink by Zheng QiXin

The Shenzhen Asian Cultural Society (SACS) is delighted to welcome back Master Calligrapher, Zheng QiXin to talk about the beauty, history and grace of Chinese Calligraphy. Following the lecture participants may try their own hand at calligraphy.

SACS is proudly sponsoring a Distinguished Speakers Series focusing on cultural and business topics in Asia. In the second in a series of four events, Master Calligrapher ZHENG QiXin, will talk about the history of Chinese Calligraphy, its various styles.

Zheng QiXin, graduated from Tsing-Hua University Beijing. He was a professor in computer science and has been awarded The Special Subsidy for Expert of The State Council of PRC. He is an Artistic Calligrapher as certified by The Art Evaluating Committee of Culture Ministry of PRC. He is a member of Chinese Hard-tip Brush Calligraphy Association and Member of Artistic Association of Calligraphy and Painting of Shenzhen.
