AustCham Transport and Logistics Committee 5th RoundtableThe AustCham Shanghai Transport & Logistics Committee invites all members in the transportation and logistics industries to the fifth roundtable event for 2010.

Peter Langley Marketing Manager for North Asia with TNT will offer his insights into the future of the industry. Established in 1988 in China, TNT manages China’s most extensive private domestic road transportation network, consisting of 1,260 depots served by 56 domestic hubs that cover more than 500 cities across China.

Co-chair Andy Baggott will also give an update on meetings with the Shanghai Enviromental Protection Bureau (SEPB) relating to environmentally-friendly trucking standards.

After the event, guests can go to the Fat Olive on the 6th Floor of Silver Court for a casual dinner.

Walk InPolicy: Please note that if you show up on the day of the event without a booking you will be charged a RMB50 “walk in” fee if spaces are still available. Cancellation Policy: Please note you must cancel your reservation in writing 24 hours in advance. AustCham will pass on any costs incurred for no shows to the persons concerned.
