Six-day China Hi-Tech Fair Opens in Shenzhen
The exhibit which will run until Sunday will be attended by 18 countries. More than 12,000 professionals have signed up for the fair and is expected to attract 85,000 visitors a day.
The exhibitors, mostly local enterprises, are displaying products that include new-energy vehicles, energy-saving lighting devices, application of solar and wind energies, energy-saving building materials and home heating systems.
Meanwhile, traffic controls are in place on roads around the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center until Nov. 21.
From 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., vehicles without a pass to the fair will not be allowed into the area bordered by Fuhua Road 3, Binhe Road near the center and sections of Jintian Road and Ytian Road.
