Dr. Shi Bisset: Founding Associate of Shi Bisset & Associates, an Organisational Development Consultancy which is specialised in Change, Behavioural Development and Cross-Global Issues. Dr. Bisset, is one of the foremost OD experts & Business Outcome Executive Coaches emerging out of the Asia-Pacific region. Shi has had over 20 years experiences in the Organisational Development field. Before founding Shi Bisset & Associates, Shi was BASF & Virgin Atlantic Airway’s principal Organizational Development consultant in Japan & China respectively. She was involved in designing & implementing 360° & other employee feedback instruments, performance appraisals, executive & behavioural coaching, career development workshops, retention workshops & other related, competency-linked training for middle & senior management.
