AustCham SME Committee Roundtable-Talent Management in China
Can you afford to lose your best staff? This month’s round table will approach this issue and what techniques can be used to increase loyalty and attachment.
The December topic is Talent Management in China – focusing on team building, reducing employee turnover and improving performance in your workforce.
Our resident expert is Daniel Hein, Regional HR manager for Germanischer Lloyd. Daniel will impart his advice on selecting the correct combination of talent and how to encourage an enthusiastic environment for growth and teamwork.
This SME round table is part of a monthly round table event focused on sharing experiences and creating a support network for small business in Shanghai. The event will be run under Chatham House rules to facilitate the free flow of ideas and discussions and provide a sounding board for new ideas.
