Join SACS on this Chinese New Year tour of Luang Prabang, the charming old capital of Laos. It exudes remote tranquility and casual grandeur. Situated in a slim valley shaded by green mountains and the Mekong and Khan rivers, this tiny mountain kingdom has been in existence for more than a thousand years and was designated a World Heritage Site in 1995.
