Planned law to protect homeowners from aquisitions
Inthe drafted regulation homeowners can be compensated for their property at a price not lower than the market price. Compensation will also include cost of moving and temporary accommodation and other losses caused by suspension of business. State owned land should be included in the annual economic and social development plans of the government especially those involved in property requisitions.
Government will also include public participation in approving requisition plans, when majority of the people disagree the government can call on another public hearing to modify the plans. Property developers are not allowed to get involved in the removal projects, and agencies that are responsible for the requisitions and compensation will not profit from the projects.
