Shenzhen police required to more accurately record the arrival and departure of new residents

Attention Landlords and TennantsAs a result of Universaide 2011 approaching, Shenzhen police are required to more accurately record the arrival and departure of new residents.

This new policy is to maintain peace and harmony in society.

Please be aware a police office or their representatives will visit all apartments and homes in Coastal Rose Garden Phases I, II, and III.

All landlords and tenants are required to cooperate with the police.

Landlords and tennants will be required to provide identification proving identity and proof of registering their residence in Shenzhen.

In some instances, it may not be a police officer requesting landlords and tennants to prove identification and residency, it may well be a civilian contracted employee.

All civilian contracted employees of the police department will provide proof of identification before requesting you to provide your proof of residency.

If the landlords or tenants are out, the police officer or civilian contracted employee will continued to return until prove of identify or residency has been established.

The whole procedure will only take ten minutes of your time and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  1. I was attacked over Christmas by a Shenzhen resident, resulting in loss of sight. She was supposed to serve 18 months in prison in the UK, but now I have been told she is being deported straight back to Shenzhen in May 2011. Is there any way of warning other people about her? I have my criminal reference number and please any help would be greatly appreciated. She is also involved in sex trafficking and managing brothels in the UK and Toronto, Canada.
