Special Meeting – Sunday, April 3 at 2pm
Vote on relocation of The Shekou Sports & Social Club
Details presented at 2pm followed by discussion, Q&A and a vote by members present.
A location has become available for rent and requires an immediate decision and vote by the membership. The current Executive Committee and all the nominees who have accepted for the 2011/2012 Executive Committee have met and have unanimously agreed to present the option to the membership for approval.
Any questions may be directed to a committee member prior to Sunday’s meeting.
