Shenzhen will tighten security measures for Universiade

Shenzhen will tighten security measures for UniversiadeShenzhen’s traffic management authorities and police will tighten security measures especially regarding illegal business done by buses, private cars, and taxis to ensure a safe traffic environment for the upcoming Universiade this coming August, 2011.

Shenzhen Municipal Traffic Police Bureau ordered their authorities to conduct an inspection at transport terminals, checkpoints, bus stations roads and surroundings of the Universiade venues to check and ensure that there will be no illegal services.

Police and traffic authorities will organize a detailed plans to ensure smooth traffic to every game venues during Universiade, and during this event, trucks will be banned from Shuiguan and Qingping expressways.
