Government land used for dumping construction wasteA 180,000 square meter city government reserved land for future improvement and development  becomes a dumping site for construction waste in Longgang District. Even there is a warning upon entering the gate saying dumping on government-reserved land is prohibited, the administration and security guards of the land was even charging trucks to dump waste. The security guards requires and collect 120-150 yuan( US $ 18-23 ) from each dump truck and even helping them throwing their construction waste in the said area.

One of the unknown employee of the land management section of the Nanling Community Work Station said that they have the permission and approval from the government to allow construction waste to be dumped on the said area but contrary to the government documents that the only thing allowed to be dumped on the land is only soil, no construction waste.
