From 13- 22 May 2011, savour a lavish array of hot and spicy Sichuan specialities at Café Zen’s lunch and dinner buffets.  Highlights of the Sichuan Food Promotion include Fragrant Wok-fried Mud Crab; Poached Fish in Spicy Broth; Sichuan Spicy Sausage; and Dan Dan Noodles.  Chengdu native, Chef Van Qiao showcases these sizzling delights and more using fragrant spices, pickled peppers and flavourful bean pastes imported from Sichuan.
