A Travel Into The FutureYesterday, Chuck’s father got a completely new car. The vehicle was a futuristic car. Because he was curious, he stepped forward and the door opened up for him. The little boy took the driver’s seat and the doors automatically closed. A red button which was written “Start” was flashing with the number “2026”. Without knowing what the number meant, Chuck pressed on it. The automobile drove by itself so fast that he couldn’t see the landscape outside of the window.

Suddenly, the prototype stopped. The landscape was strange for him. Chuck drove around and he saw people stationing their cars and paying the parking fees with credit cards. After the fee was paid, the vehicle went up and it was flooding in the air. On the road, there were many cyclists. At the corner of the street, he saw an electric station. It was where a lot of cars were waiting in lines for a robot to recharge the automobiles.

Chuck left his vehicle aside and took a walk. All the buildings were covered with solar panels producing renewable energy. He passed over a clothing shop and saw a woman trying out clothes where she was facing a screen. On the electronic, it showed the dress and she was actually wearing her clothes without actually putting them on her.

Electronics shop had desktops which were as thin as a sheet of paper. The salesperson was surprised that the customer mentioned the word “paper”, because it hasn’t been used for years. Everything was done electronically. In the shop, Chuck saw a new video game and was excited to start playing it.

All of a sudden, a voice called the little boy to wake up. Chuck was lying on his bed and the flying cars, the high and new technology were all gone. He was angry, because he was almost going to pass the next level. So, he rapidly ran outside and saw his father’s new car. It was exactly the same one that he dreamed about…
