A True Friend
Friends are very important. They can help you with things that you have trouble with. When one friend is upset or hurt, the other friend will listen to his or her problem and try to help her/him any way he/she can.
There are different levels in friends. Best friends are the highest level. My best friends are Leia and Sandy. They are funny, nice and most of all, they are someone who I trust .
Of course, there are bad friends. A person who is mean, selfish, bossy and lies is not a good friend because they can get you into trouble and they can say mean and nasty things to you.
Peers are the lowest level. They don’t even need to be friends with them. It’s just that you are around the same age as you and sometimes you need to work together.
Sometimes friends have arguments and fights and when it gets worse, it turns into a breakup. But most of the time, they will sort their problem out. Some friends are apart, but they can keep in touch by sending E-mails or letters.
Some people may not want a friend, but I think EVERYBODY needs a friend.
