Games to be closely monitored for infectious disease
City center for disease control and prevention have already devised a disease control plan that will be implemented in the Universiade games. The CDC will start to monitor and report any outbreak of any infectious disease.
The center will not limit itself in controlling diseases, but they will be also monitor the safety of the city drinking water, food preparations and hygiene in all public venues. The center has already created six teams consisting of eight professionals that are trained to handle any type of emergency that might happen during the games.
Population around the game venues will be monitored, as well as hotels and hospitals will be closely monitored as part of the prevention plans of the CDC. Food will also be carefully inspected of any unsafe additives and the Wuzhou Guest house will be closely monitored since it the main hotel assigned during the games.
Air quality and hygiene from air conditioning system in games venues will undergo maintenance and will be monitored closely.
