Star Chef Gourmet Journey Continues with Guilin Specialities at Shang Garden
Following the success of the first Star Chef Journey, Chef Tim Chen Chinese Executive Chef of Shangri-La Hotel, Guilin, will showcase the best of Guilin cuisine at Shang Garden.
From 9 to 19 June 2011, guests can savour over 30 Guilin specialities, including Crisp Duckling with Mashed Taro and Melted Cheese, Steamed Marinated Meat with Taro and Poached Fish with Beer. Two value-added eight-course set menus are also available for family reunions or business dinners.
