Number of Workers Seeking Jobs Slowly Decreasing
Even with the increase in labor demand in the past several months, fewer people are out looking for a job in the city than in previous years. In an employment report released by a professional recruitment agency, 12,000 companies were looking for 710,000 employees in just the second quarter of 2011.
Demand for labor in the first six months was higher than in previous years, the only downside to this was that the number of people trying to look for jobs in the city has slowly been decreasing. The city saw a large demand for workers in the fields of electronics and appliances. Demand in the services industry has also seen an increase.
Wide demand has also been seen in the technological management, marketing area and research professions. Because of the limited number of jobseekers, companies have even resorted to hiring fresh graduates with backgrounds in telecommunications, finance, marketing and research development.
Although rumors are circulating that it is easy for a person to find a job, many job-seekers are still finding it difficult to find work that is satisfactory with a good salary range and career prospects.
