“Systematic Barriers to doing Business in China”

“Systematic Barriers to doing Business in China”One thing is clear about China’s new Five Year Plan: its goals are unachievable without significant changes to the macro regulatory framework within China.

The upcoming EXEX will have a round table discussion on the topics;

  • The policies and regulations that are impeding business growth in China today, and what influence such barriers will have on China’s future economy, especially in domestic consumer markets.
  • Tips for businesses in China to avoid both current and pending hurdles stemming from such policies and regulations.

Our speaker will be Mr. David Bishop, a lecturer at the University of Hong Kong and the International MBA Program at Fudan University, Shanghai. Specializing in complex, cross-boundary transactions, Mr. Bishop’s practice has had a particular focus on assisting foreign enterprises with their Chinese investments.
