Sports Center to Open Doors to Public During the National Day holiday
From September 28 to 30 the Universiade Sports Center will open its doors to the public for the National Day holidays and a series of carnivals will be organized for the entertainment of residents. Also, to control overcrowding in the center, only bookings for badminton, skating, running and swimming will be accepted.
Other sports will be allowed only after the National Day holidays. the sports center will also offer 30 percent discounts for the other venues in the Universiade venue. Aside from the warm up game between China and the UAE for the World Cup Qualifier, the sports center will also be used as a gymnasium, natatorium, stadium, as well as various carnivals and exhibitions to be held at the center.
As the sports center will be turned into an entertainment center, developers are looking for ways to make the center accessible due to its location in an isolated part of Longgang district where transportation is a little difficult.
