Training Centers Offering Advanced Learning Courses
A number of training schools are now offering classes that teach textbook content that is ahead of school schedules in order to help trainees to get better grades on exams. But some school teachers are against the training with some saying that it might not be beneficial to students at all.
Training outside the school is fast becoming popular with more than 150,000 primary and middle school students signing up for programs. To gain a good market share, some training organizations are offering parents advanced classes and textbook content training to stay ahead of other students in their classes. One student even volunteered to take the advanced classes just because he saw his fellow classmates excel in their exams last year by taking up advanced lessons and courses.
Teachers in some schools think that it is unnecessary to help students take advanced lessons in just a few classes, and some think it might even confuse the students since it usually takes them a semester to teach the lessons while training centers do it in a few days. One teacher said that is impossible for students to master the lesson content in such a short time.
Training schools are great in helping students to review what they have learned in school and help them do better in exams, but studying in advance might not be as helpful as one might think.
