Grand Mercure Oriental Ginza Gets National Five-star Hotel CertificationGrand Mercure Oriental Ginza Shenzhen is now officially a five-star hotel in accordance with the national standards of China. The Hotel was certified by the China Tourist Hotel Star Rating Committee. The accreditation from the committee will serve as encouragements to the hotel that they will further strive for excellence in the services that the hotel provides for all its guests. This will also serve as a testament to the hard work and dedication of the hotel’s staff.

Grand Mercure Oriental Ginza Shenzhen is located in the heart of Futian central business district, featuring a magnificent structure that houses contemporary and stylish facilities worthy for accommodations, dining and conferences. Invested by the Oriental Ginza Group and managed by Accor Group, the hotel placed a lot of efforts in the renovation programs that upgraded the hardware based on 5 star ratings.

The hotel has 481 rooms and suites that provide guests with choices of room categories that suit the guest’s preferences. An executive floor is set aside for business travelers that require a higher level of service. The executive floor offers 14 various meeting rooms that offer of state of the art equipment, audio-visual equipment, lighting system, and a simultaneous translation system.

There are five food and beverage outlets that serve a full range of various styles of cuisine ranging from international delicacies buffets, traditional Cantonese dishes, seafood, various provincial specialties, Japanese cuisine, BBQ and sports bar snack foods. The 5th floor which is the club floor consists of more than 3,000 square meters of areas that houses a gym, indoor heated swimming pool and more.
