Students Participated in Exams Organized by Sun Yat-sen University
Last Saturday around 800 students from Shenzhen, to part in a self enrollment examination at the Shenzhen Middle School in Luohu. The examinations was organized by the Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, and examinations covered subjects in Chinese, English and Mathematics.
Students who took the exams said that they expected the exams to be difficult but it wasn’t and test questions where made up of Chinese and English exams. Not that the test are over Senior 3 level students can now devoted their time and study for the mock examinations for the National College Entrance Examinations that is organized by the city.
The self enrollment examination was held only for students in Guangdong Province, examinations for other students was already held last February 11. Students that faired well in the examinations will get and additional 20 pints added to their NCEE. Students that exceeds that required NCEE entrance score of a university gets 5 more points which in turn increases the number of majors they can choose to enroll in.
Exams where held in nine venues with more than 5,000 students in attendance.
