The January/February Restaurant of the Month Award goes to – Little India at Coastal City
Well done Little India at Coastal city, your amazing colors and flavors have won 2012′s first restaurant of the month award.
Little India opened their first restaurant in Coco Park around a year ago. It is now a very popular dining option among X-pats and locals.
Pramod decided to open his second restaurant in Coastal city, on the second floor just by exit E of the Houhai MTR behind the Kempinski hotel.
It is a small boutique style restaurant seating around 30-40 people. In the summer Pramod hopes to extend this seating outside taking advantage of the splendid views.
The food in Little India is a mixture of colors and flavors that take your breath away. You can order your favorites even if they are not on the menu, I ordered a lamb vindaloo and the lamb melted in my mouth with the spice hot enough but not spoiling the rest of the food.
Little India just managed to beat off competition from Captains Bar and their awesome chicken, The Kitchen with their fabulous Fish and Chips and Bollywood another Indian restaurant in Lohou.
