Beer Review: Acme California Pale Ale
Acme Pale Ale
355ml – 5%
Easy drinking, clean tasting with a hint of fruit and pleasantly malty all wrapped up in a light amber color are what turn this Northern Californian brew into the gem that it is today.
The Acme California Pale Ale is an homage to the late Acme brewery that got taken down during the disastrous earthquake that struck San Francisco in 1906. North Coast Brewing Company made sure that with that earthquake a piece of beer history wouldn’t be vanished and has owned the rights to the beer since 1996.
