Mission Hills to Invest 5 Billion Yuan to Build a Mega CenterMission Hills Group will be investing 5 billion yuan to develop at the Longhua New Zone that is said to be a mega center for leisure, business and entertainment in northern Shenzhen. The development has a construction area of 500,000 square meters will be named HOPSCA.

HOPSCA stands for Hotel, Offices, Parks, Shopping, Convention and Apartments. The development project is also called Mission Hills Centreville which is also the largest project to be planned since the establishment of the Longhua New Zone. The project will be completed by the last quarter of 2013.  Once completed the center will have 700 bedroom hotel, two office buildings, the MH Mall shopping center, an international school, parks, luxurious exhibition halls and high end apartments.

The MH Mall will be a landmark building cluster that will contain more than 200 brand name businesses. The mall will also have a OSGH cinemas that has seven screens with 1,000 seats, a bowling club, a KTV club and a skating rink.

Mission Hills have been long promoting a healthy, environmentally friendly lifestyle for more than 20 years and this new project provides a fresh and new leisure experience for the residents living in the area. Mission Hills has also hosted and promoted major golfing tournaments including the Mission Hills Star Trophy and the Omega Mission Hills World Cup.
