Let’s Pump it up this summer at Fusion Fitness!
In 2006 I decided to attempted different workout classes at the gym which included: body pump, fitball and Abs, yoga, body step, zumba and cycling.
Since 2008 I have followed pump class on regular basis in Australia. After some two years of taking part in the pump classes across various fitness centres in Australia, I was offered a chance to become a substitute pump instructor in one of the most famous women’s fitness centres in Australia: Fernwood Women Fitness.
Now that I have decided to stay in Shenzhen, I am looking forward to introducing Pump classes at Fusion Fitness.

What is Pump class about?
Body pump is a barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body.
It is the fastest way to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl
It gives you sculpted shoulders, defined biceps and triceps, strong lean legs, firm glutes and a tight core. Choreography in each of these areas is specifically targeted so you’ll burn fat, burn more calories and achieve more meaningful fat loss and muscle fatigue to build strength without building bulk.
