Across the Sea

Far away,

Across the sea,

The one I love,

She waits for me,

And though it is true,

We have never met,

We have exchanged our vows,

On the internet,

I know this seems,

Impossible to be,

To love someone this way,

And so earnestly,

But understand, my friends,

Its the best way to know,

You loves inner mind,

And her true Hearts’ soul.

For its not the words,

That she says to me,

Its not the I love yous,

That she sends

Not the I miss yous,

Oh so sweet,

The truth is between the lines,

Its there you must read.

For its there that I found,

Her heart so true and so strong,

A love I couldn’t resist,

And had waited so long,

So listen my friends,

For you could be me

Read the words never written,

From across the sea.
