SACS is pleased to present its next SUPPERCLUB at YIQING MINGSHE PRIVATE RESTAURANT, which should tickle your senses with its various spices from Guizhou.

Guizhou cuisine is similar to Sichuan and Hunan cuisines, but it is unique in a sense that its dishes emphasize a mixture of sour and spicy tastes. Guizhou cuisine is often specially cooked to match the flavour of locally produced liquor, such as Maotai, which is consumed with the cuisine. A distinct characteristic of Guizhou cuisine is its unique salt pickled vegetable, or yancai. This authentic restaurant will bring you to ancient China, with the combination of its astonishing decoration and traditional food, you will feel in the heart of the culture!
