Metro Rail Upgrades its Internet Systems
The Metro Rail systems will not be disrupted anymore by signals from passenger’s mobile devices as the Metro is upgrading its systems. Passengers can also enjoy a faster and stable internet access as a new meta-RF technology is being used by the Metro.
During the China Hi-Tech Fair, the Shenzhen Galaxy Valley Science and Technology Co. signed an agreement with Kuang-Chi Institute of Advanced Technology to work on applying the new meta-RF technology to the Metro Rail system. The new technology reduces disruption of signals or same frequencies. The meta material technology is a reversed designed technology that controls electromagnetic transmissions. This technology not only reduces electromagnetic radiations, it also provides a much stable access of up to four times faster than traditional internet devices.
The meta-RF based wireless access gives high speed and high performance and is environmentally friendly. It’s also solves the demand for wireless access in populated areas. Metamaterials are artificial structures that manipulate light and electromagnetic waves and are usually found in mobile phone antennas, powerful lenses and are also used in military applications such as radar avoidance.
