China’s Carries Out its First Successful Carrier Landing
After its delivery to the People’s Liberation Army, China have successfully landed its first fighter plane on its aircraft carrier Liaoning. The aircraft carrier went through several series of sailing and technological testing that will also the flight of the J-15 fighter jet that was used in the landing exercise.
Since its delivery capabilities of the carrier platform and the carrier borne J-15 fighter jet undergone tests and have successfully met all requirements and have achieve good compatibility. The carrier crew members have also completed 100 trainings and test programs. The landing also marked the J-15 debut as part of China’s first generation of multi purpose, carrier borne fighter jets.
The J-15 fighter jet is made and designed in China that has the capability of carrying multiple types of air to air, anti ship and air to ground missiles along with guided bombs. The fighter jet also has the comprehensive capabilities that is said to be identical or comparable to the Russian Su-33 jet and the F-18 fighter jet of the US.
