G+ Store Changes The Way We ShopG+ is the new retail store opening in the Pearl River Delta. It’s the first retail store of its kind in Shenzhen to merge a coffeehouse, cosmopolitan style café and a spacious, interactive electronic store into one; offering customers a more laid-back, fun and personalized experience when shopping for the latest electronics or socializing with friends over a freshly brewed illy coffee from the G+ coffeehouse.

G+ stores aim to bring a completely new concept to the market primarily focusing on product engagement and interactivity in a friendly, professional and cozy environment, to provide customers with a more unique, involved and connected shopping experience, unlike the cold, transactional-type experiences found in the ubiquitous showroom styled stores spreading across the high street and commercial shopping centers in Shenzhen.

Customers can come into the store, order their favorite type of beverage and relax in the lounge area or alternatively, sit at one of the many G+ tables and play on the latest electronics, update their status on Facebook or chat to friends on QQ while sipping on a cup of hot cappuccino. The electronic brands that can be found at G+ are often added to, allowing customers to be the first to find out what’s new and on offer—another reason to keep visiting the store.

As well as offering customers GIGABYTE products—G+ in-house brand, major retail brands such as Apple, Philips, Microsoft, Samsung, Sony, Jawbone and Origin bring a well diverse product mix to suit all gamers, home users and on-the-go professionals with a range of notebooks, tablets, gaming laptops, desktops, ultrabooks, home entertainment devices and a vast range of quality accessories including but not limited to speakers, headphones, mobile accessories and PC peripherals at prices suitable to the growing number of value-conscious urbanities in Shenzhen.

As Shenzhen continues to rapidly turn itself into a metropolitan, fast-paced working city, the influx of expatriates and local Mainlanders show no signs of slowing down. With an increasingly multi-cultural population and an urban consumption boom accelerating, G+ is well positioned to cater to the growing desire of “newism” amongst customers—a craze spreading across the city of consumers wanting ‘new’ experiences to share their stories with their network of followers on popular social blogging sites.
